Dr. Richard Harris
Dr. Richard C. Harris has spent most of his life in higher education. Whether it is a Big Ten University, a small private college, or a for-profit proprietary university, he has taught as a professor in the classroom, served as an academic dean, and as the director of student services. Add to that an earned doctorate in Adult Higher Education, he understands the ins and outs of academia. Dr. Harris specializes in accreditation issues, degree comparisons and student academic success. He brings his years of academic expertise to the STARS team to ensure that your student athlete is not only getting into a good athletic school, but also, the right school with the academic programs that will provide for long term success.
Deanna Macon, MBA
Deanna Macon brings over twenty five years of experience in education, sports, and work experience to the STARS team. Deanna’s unique ability to work with youth and translate that to success in the classroom, athletic field, and work environment are a huge asset to the STARS recruits. Deanna specializes in working with parents and students to guide the students to the best path possible for academic and sports success which ultimately leads to career success.
Tricia Harris
With over twenty years of experience in education, Tricia Harris brings a wealth of knowledge to the STARS team when it comes to home schooling, fine arts, sports, and parenting issues. Skilled in research, she uncovers the information needed to help parents and students make informed decisions about their education.
Chris Nattania
Began coaching career in 1982 (Football, Graham Park Middle School, Dumfries, VA) Primary sports are Football (High School Coach) and Baseball (High School Coach) (played both at multiple levels) Also coached Soccer (multiple Junior levels), basketball (JV High School coach) and Roller Hockey (midget level).
Coaching for over 26 years. BS in Criminal Justice, Minor in Political Science/Law from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA.

Arnold is the founder of STARS and has created a network of professionals with the same goal as him….To make our students and student athletes successful in college and beyond. He has developed a strategy to help students and parents make the best decision possible for college success.
DuWayne Gaddy
High School 1973-1976 All conference, All County, All Southern Maryland Athletic Conference, All State MVP, Played in Shrines Game, Shepherd College, Shepherdstown,
West Virginia, 1978-1981 Started as middle linebacker 5-5 defense for 3.5 years. Owned school record for most tackles upon departure.
Coached AAU Basketball, Coached fast pitch softball (summer leagues), Assistant JV Football coach 2 years, Coached Varsity football defensive line, Took team to State Championships; 3-5 defense all linemen when to college on scholarship. Numerous
Leadership classes, coaching clinics. Scouted opponents, Film breakdown sessions. Off season Weights and Cardiovascular work outs. Great network of coaches in various sports.

Arturo Marquez
I am a Soccer player/coach with over 35 years of experience. My playing experience includes playing both at the collegiate level and at the semi-professional level. During my tenure as a player, I have developed skills and strategies that I have passed on to young, aspiring athletes as a coach.
With my direct knowledge of the sport, and their desire to showcase their utmost potential, I feel I can take these young athletes and develop them into the stars of tomorrow.
