Is my order secure?
If you are using Netscape Navigator 5.0 and above or Internet Explorer 6.0 and above you are able to place secure orders. Make sure you have all the security features turned on in the preference settings for your browser. Web pages presented during the order checkout process will begin with “https.” This indicates the use of a secure protocol that employs encrypted communication, and is widely used on the World Wide Web for security-sensitive data such as payment transactions.

Can I order online without a credit card?
Yes. If you have a PayPal account, you can set it up to accept an electronic check that debits the amount straight from your bank account. However, this takes 3-5 business days to process.

What credit cards do you currently accept?
Through Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and an electronic check are accepted.

Should I include dashes or spaces in the credit card number?
While unnecessary, spaces and dashes are acceptable in the credit card number.

I keep getting an error message. Is my card good?
There are many reasons why a credit card transaction can fail. One reason may be that your credit limit has been reached. Other reasons may have nothing to do with your credit card, but rather with a credit card machine on our end or your bank's end. If you have problems, contact your issuing institution.

How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, all sales are final due to the type of product we are selling.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return policy. All sales are final.

Is a physical shipment available?
Physical shipment is available on all packages (silver and gold) upon request.

When a physical shipment is available, is it better to download or receive the physical shipment?
Physical shipment is available upon request. However, the Silver Package is a downloadable and printable PDF file that can eliminate any shipping charges. The Gold Package will be shipped to you via US Mail once the research of your three chosen colleges has been completed (2-4 weeks). In order for STARS to do our research on these colleges, you must complete the questionnaire within 30 days. This can be done online or through the mail.

Is there any advantage in receiving a physical shipment?
Yes. The gold package will be shipped to you when the research of your 3 chosen schools has been completed. This will take 2 to 4 weeks to process after receiving your questionnaire.

I lost my receipt. Can I get another copy?
No. To ensure your financial security, we never see your credit card number. This is all processed through either PayPal or Google Checkout. We recommend that you save the e-mail you receive after paying and print it out for your personal record.
