If purchasing the Silver Package, the PDF will be available for download upon verification of payment through our credit processor.

The Gold and Platinum Level Packages are both multiple part packages. Upon purchase, you will be given a username and password to login to the Questionnaire section of the website. Please print this e-mail to ensure you have the username and password saved. At this point, you have two options. You may elect to fill the questionnaire out online or download a PDF version of the questionnaire to print out and mail in. Please keep in mind that the sooner that STARS receives this information, the sooner your comprehensive research will be completed and sent out to you.

Upon receiving the questionnaire and completing the research, the remainder of the Gold Package will be mailed out to the address you provide. (Approx. 2-5 weeks)

Upon receiving a completed questionnaire and completing your research, the Platinum Package will be hand delivered to you.

We will provide a complete explanation of our research to you and your parents and assist you with all video and photo postings as well as setting up your Stars Platinum account, blog area and information sharing site.

The information that you provide to STARS is for the sole use of our employees to serve you. At no time will we share or sell your information to a third party.
